The proposal is sent to you for review, modifications and approval.

3)  You sign PaySmart documents

4)  PaySmart takes care of the set up  

We get to work handling all rentals, utilities and services requested, making sure everything is ready when you move in.

5)  PaySmart manages your services 

We receive and pay the bills selected by you and handle any service issues.
